I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and their lives. I will help you look for the patterns and behaviors in your life that are no longer needed and may be getting in the way of your relationships, work, or life. Exploring where those patterns come from and how they developed can help you make sense of them.
I will help you evaluate which skills continue to be effective in your life, and which are obstacles. You can develop new behaviors, new coping skills, and a new attitude about your life. You can learn to make more effective, conscious choices to improve yourself and your relationships.
